My name is Kelly Emery I am fighting the battle of Multiple Sclerosis. I am 43 and was diagnosed at 23.
My disease has financially ruined us. Trying to keep up with medical bills and prescriptions has buried my husband and I.
I have turned to every one for help never to be accepted.
A donation from Fight the Fight would be an unanswered prayer for us!
As I continue to get worse the expenses are getting bigger. I worry for my husband...he is a wonderful man and awesome care giver to me. I have been on hospice a few times, and I am afraid it won't be long before I am again.
I have severe nerve damage in my lower back and spine which is affecting my walking, and the thought of being in a wheelchair the rest of my life is very scary.
There are so many things happening in my body I could go on for days.
My vision was one of the first things to go. I am completely blind in my left eye and am -3.00 in my right.
It has affected my hands. I am actually writing this one handed as I have a cast on my hand from surgery on Tuesday to repair my fingers from nerve damage so they work again.
I will leave it at this. I want to say Fight the Fight is such a blessing to so many!
More than 50% of the proceeds from all Fight the Fight purchases made during the month of December 2018 will be donated to Kelly to help cover medical-related expenses.
